What are Glamure Oasis’s policies?

PURPOSE OF SERVICE INTAKE AND CONSENT FORMS:

Service Intake and Consent Forms are essential for all individuals who access services provided by Glamure Oasis LLC. Compliance with these forms is mandatory and must be completed before any service is rendered. Failure to submit

the necessary forms will result in a denial of services.

HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES:

  • We strictly adhere to preventative health regulations to ensure the well-being of both our valued clients and our service providers.
  • Before your scheduled service, your intake or consent form will be carefully reviewed to assess your suitability for the intended treatment or service
  • If it is determined that you may not be an ideal candidate, your appointment will be rescheduled or canceled to ensure our safety.
  • Clients who are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test must wait until a negative result is received by our service provider before receiving the requested service.
  • Clients displaying symptoms such as fever, aches, chills, excessive coughing, sneezing, unusual rashes, or any flu-like symptoms (including but not limited to COVID-19 and Monkeypox) will not receive service. We kindly ask these clients to reschedule or cancel their appointments for the safety of all.

ADDITIONAL FEES AND ACCOMMODATION CHARGES:

  •  Lateness will result in your appointment time being shortened. It will be Glamure Oasis LLC discretion on if the service can be completed within the timeframe. Full service fee is still applied. After 15 minutes your appointment is subject to cancellation.
  • As the service provider 10+ minutes late $15 will be deducted from service due to lateness.
  • No-calls/no-shows will be charged a 100% service fee via card on file. 
  • Cancellations/reschedules within 24hrs will be charged a 50% service fee via card on file. 
  • If the client rebooks verbally after their appointment they fully agree and understand all written policies which will still apply.
  • Once an appointment cancellation has been confirmed on the administrative end, the client will be responsible for cancellation fees. 
  • If the client would like to schedule a date and time outside of business hours the client will be responsible for an additional before or after-hour service fee of $45 that will be applied to the appointment at service checkout.

SERVICE DEPOSITS

  • All new services require a nonrefundable $25 deposit to secure your appointment either via invoice or booking site. This deposit is credited towards your balance. No deposit within 24hrs will result in cancellation. All deposits are non-refundable. 
  • Clients are required to leave a card on file to reserve appointments. Glamure Oasis LLC reserves the right to use this card as payment in the event of a reschedule, cancellation or a no-show.
  • Deposit is only transferable if you cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to appointment, please note: transferable once.


SERVICE REFUNDS:

  • All initial payments and final payments are non-refundable.
  • If the client requests to leave before the completion of the service by the service provider, the client must still pay the remaining balance in full.
  • All funds will be collected by charging the card on file or by payment that the client provides after completion of service via cash or zelle.
  • In the event a client is turned away from service by the administrative end due to service contraindications (ie: medical reasons, etc.) the client will have accommodation options at the discretion and final say of the service provider.

COMPLIMENTARY ACCOMMODATIONS FOR CLIENTS:

The client is guaranteed a 5 day touch-up period free of charge for eyelash extension services. The client must communicate effectively and the message must be received within the time of the complementary touch-up period to receive these service accommodations.

SERVICE DENIAL:

Any staff or administrative representative of Glamure Oasis LLC reserves the right to deny a person(s) service. This denial will not require an explanation from the administrative end. If it is proven that you have been denied service under distressful circumstances, you may be banned/blocked from booking with Glamure Oasis LLC in the future.

APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING:

  • The client is allowed to make changes to their appointment at least 24 hours before the appointment start time.
  • For appointment rescheduling, the client is permitted one rescheduled appointment with a credit of their previous deposit. If the client seeks to reschedule a second time, the last deposit will be voided resulting in the client having to pay a new deposit and schedule an appointment time through the official booking website (Acuity Scheduling).
  • Rescheduling rules and terms of agreement apply (timing of the cancellation, etc.) Deposits are valid to be used for rescheduling
  • Credit within 14 calendar days if the candidate is eligible for deposit transfer.

APPOINTMENT ONLY:

  • Glamure Oasis LLC is currently appointment only. Booking rules apply via acuity scheduling. We do not work over other artists' work, the previous work must be removed before service. Please book a complimentary lash removal add on with a Full Set if this applies.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION TYPES:

General Cancellations:

  • The client may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. Within 24 hours the card on file will be charged 50% service fee of the remaining appointment balance.
  • Consecutive Cancellations: 

In the event a client cancels or reschedules (3) times consecutively, the client will be banned from self-service booking and will be required to request a booking by contacting customer service directly to book and will be required to pay the service balance in full via invoice. All policies and business terms still apply.

Loyalty/Coupons/Rewards:

  • All coupons/rewards can be applied towards select services and stores Glamure Oasis LLC retail items. Loyalty rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be combined with coupons.

Loyalty Redemption Limits: 

The client is only able to redeem up to insert cash value or percentage max limit able to be redeemed in loyalty points per visit. Loyalty point redemptions are not able to exceed the insert dollar amount limit per visit. If the client books as a loyalty member client a deposit will be charged to the card on file upon booking confirmation.

No-Guest Policy:

Glamure Oasis LLC has a no-guest policy during the time of the appointment. Please arrive at your appointment alone.

BIRTHDAY APPOINTMENTS:

Birthday appointments must be booked within 7 days prior to receive special rewards/discounts. Valid ID is required to be shown.

SERVICE DISCLAIMERS:

All service candidates under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian sign a consent form and provide verbal consent. Please review all details on client consent and intake forms for all services.

Please ensure to answer all questions truthfully and carefully on your intake and consent form to prevent unwanted circumstances. Upon signing the intake and consent agreement, you also understand that Glamure Oasis LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions before, after, or during your service.

As some products used may contain formaldehyde or latex allergen ingredients if applicable if not other chemicals that may cause an allergic reaction. Although this is not a common side effect of service, there are possibilities certain chemicals may cause reactions.

In the event you have a medical emergency or urgent concern, please visit your designated or local physician immediately.

SERVICE RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

Upon signing the client and intake form, you agree to release Glamure Oasis LLC of any liability and effects before or after service.

SECURITY OF SERVICE PROVIDER:

For the security of the premises and service provider, Glamure Oasis LLC is under 24/7 video surveillance.

Product Policies:

All products are final sale. In the event the customer has an issue with the quality of the product please contact customer support at contact@glamureoasis.com for more information about client accommodations and product exchange eligibility.

Product Shipping and Handling:

Please allow 1-2 business days for shipment handling and 3-5 business days for shipment arrival. Specialty products such as merchandise may take longer. Tracking numbers will be provided to the customer upon shipment drop-off. For any questions or concerns regarding your purchase, please contact customer support at contact@glamureoasis.com. To promote safety at this time, all product sales in the store are final sales.

Upon purchasing a product from Glamure Oasis LLC. You agree and fully understand that Glamure Oasis LLC will not be held responsible for your actions or misuse of any product. Please do not consume any materials or fail to read instructions. Failure to read product instructions or use as recommended may lead to unwanted causes.

Please ensure you have full knowledge about the product before purchase. Upon purchasing any product, you agree not to hold Glamure Oasis LLC liable for any misuse or liability thereof the product.

What are eyelash extensions?

An enhancement procedure attaching synthetic mink or silk hair fibers individually to the natural lashes using a medical grade adhesive.

How long do eyelash extensions last?

Depending on the natural hair growth cycle, 4-6 weeks. Refills are recommended for maintenance.

Can I wear makeup with my lashes?

Yes! Avoiding oil-based makeup products is recommended.

How do I take care of my eyelash extensions?

Avoid:
• Steam (Suanas, cooking)
• Oil-based products
• Picking/ Rubbing
• Extreme Heat (smoking, Ovens)
• Lash curlers

Cleanse your lashes with an eyelash foam cleanser & brush your lashes daily.
Schedule maintenance refills.

When should I come in for a refill?

A refill is recommended every 2-3 weeks.

How should I prepare for my lash appointment?

  • Cleanse your face & eyes with oil free facial wash
  • Avoid caffeine
  • Do not wear eye make up
